The Villa Rustica residential complex is situated on the slope surrounded by a pine forest offering a panoramatic view of Malé Karpaty and the ruins of Pajštún castle.
Not far away are located valuable remains of the Roman country residence - the national cultural heritage site of Villa Rustica, after which the project was named.
The project location is in a direct neighbourhood of National nature reserve Devínska Kobyla which is among the most well known locations in Malé Karpaty, it is also a very popular location for weekend strolls.
